Lions Royale Ragdolls!!
Ragdoll Cat & Kitten Breeder located near Kingston, Ontario Canada
(Lionsroyale Tiffy aka 'Tigger' - Gorgeous Seal Lynx Point Mitted Ragdoll kitten -below- now retired)
My name is Blossom Cheverie. I am a breeder of Ragdoll Cats & Kittens near Kingston, Ontario Canada.
Together with my husband, who is very tolerant of my passion for Ragdolls, I raise these magnificent, gentle, lion-like Ragdoll Cats in our home along with our very respectful West Highland White Terrier named Paddington Bear. Paddington is actually a female with a boys name because she's a 'Tom Boy' at heart. She's great with all the cats and kittens but gets a bit overwhelmed when the whole crew is ripping and tearing around the house. In that case, she'd prefer to watch from the safety of the office. She never knows when they might get the notion to pounce on her!
Paddingtons favourite job is to help clean up the very young baby kittens when they are getting supplemental feedings. One on one wrestling and tug of war with a willing partner is fun too! One of our first Ragdolls named 'Aslan' was a boy that just loved to play with Paddington.
Their favourite game was to play-fight over 'Lamby-doodle'.
Paddington usually always let Aslan win! She'd sneak Lamby-doodle away later when Aslan wasn't looking.
Paddy now has two new 'best buddies' to keep her on her toes. Beautiful 'Ebby', a blue lynx bicolor daughter of 'Tigger' (above) along with Miss Muffet aka 'Lolita' have joined our family.
These two girls and Paddington are peas in a pod. Paddy even lets them lay on top of her when she's napping! Mind you, she complains a litte when Lolita starts making bread too vigorously. She'll grunt, roll over and look at us for help with this silly kitten.
Ebby will sit a couple inches from Paddy's face when she's getting a treat, they both run for the kitchen and BEG for cheese or whatever else I'm preparing.
Ebby has even been known to eat a stray bite of onion dropped while cutting! Even Paddy knows not to eat those! Each waits their turn and lets the other get a treat.
Ebby runs and body slams Paddington just when she tries to jump onto the sofa. It's quite a funny site to see. Maybe not for Paddington!
If I could just get all their crazy antics in video or photo.
It's unbelievable the bond these animals have. So often they just sit cheek to cheek and then Ebby or Lolita will rub and push under Paddy's chin and PURRR like crazy.
Lions Royale Ragdolls is a small, dedicated Cattery registered with:
CFA (Cat Fanciers Association) (Blossom is a CFA Ragdoll Breed Council Member)
(Champion Lionsroyale Penelope - Seal Point Ragdoll shown above
Now residing at DaisyDolls in Hungary with Hajni where she was shown quite successfully!
Our special little Ragdoll kittens are lovingly home raised and socialized with other cats as well as our Westie and, of course, visitors of all ages.
My little nephew Bert loves to play with the kittens and it's great for them to be exposed to a small child since we don't have any of our own.
Now we have a new little niece that will soon be enjoying the kittens as well. Welcome to the family baby Jorja! The kittens are looking forward to playing with you too.
You will often find me visiting at the nursing home, with kittens in tow,
a couple hours away where my mom resides.
(Resident Mary shown holding Penelope)
It's a great way to get kittens used to traveling and socializing.
Everyone enjoys themselves! There's no better way to put a smile on a face than to share the love of a kitten. Not very many kitties come to visit residents so it's quite a treat to be able to do this.
I welcome visitors to my home to experience the incredible personality of the Ragdoll cat.
For those seriously considering making a Ragdoll part of their family, I encourage you to visit.
Come and be 'hands on' with our Ragdolls, cuddle and play with them, learn more about the breed, the variety of colors and patterns and see if this is truly the cat for you.
We may not always have a kitten available but our resident Ragdolls are wonderful ambassadors for the breed.

Did I mention it doesn't cost you a penny to PAY IT FORWARD?
All of my Ragdoll breeding cats are negative for Feline Leukemia Virus [FeLV] and Feline Immune Deficiency Virus [FIV].
